• Access to Public Benefits: Our staff assists residents to use EarnBenefits, a computerized screening tool which helps determine eligibility for public benefits such as Food Stamps and the Earned Income Tax Credit. We also provide free tax prep assistance to low-income families.
• Small Business Support: We provide technical assistance to local merchants, and organize a merchants association.

Recent Highlights:

In the 2010 tax season, we prepared over 1,000 tax returns for low-income residents, bringing some $1.9 million to filers.
