​The East New York Homeowner Help Desk helps homeowners navigate the challenges of maintaining a home in New York City. We connect residents with trusted resources, guidance, and action plans.

 

We provide support with:

  • Accessing low-interest home repair loans and/or weatherization grant programs

  • Dealing with difficult tenants 

  • Applying for property tax exemptions  

  • Correcting property (i.e., building or housing code) violations
